How do I ensure that the virtual assistant is a good fit for my company?

Additionally, our account manager will provide tailored recommendations based on the profiling interviews.

What happens after I select a virtual assistant?

Once you have selected your VA, we will prepare an agreement offer, signed and pay the 50% upfront fee of total value of the agreement. The agreement will outline payment terms, responsibilities, deliverables, payment structure, scope of work, and any confidentiality agreements.

How do I replace my current virtual assistant?

If you wish to replace your Virtual Assistant, simply inform your dedicated account manager. They will collaborate with you to identify the best replacement candidates tailored to your specific needs. Please note that we only allow replacements within the first two months of hiring your Virtual Assistant. If your assistant has been with you for three months or longer, we ask for your patience as he will get there. We provide weekly calls and chat support to assist your VA in their development. Additionally, as part of our ongoing support, we offer weekly live training sessions to enhance your virtual assistant's skills and ensure they are equipped to meet your needs effectively.

Who will manage my virtual assistant?

As the employer, you will be responsible for managing your virtual assistant. They will report directly to you, and you will be their main point of contact for tasks, feedback, and communication. However, our company will handle compliance, payroll, and legal matters, so you don't have to worry about those aspects. Additionally, we provide support to you and your virtual assistant in case of any questions or issues.

What is cost of hiring a Virtual Assistant?

The cost of hiring a Virtual Assistant varies based on their skills and experience, with our hourly rates starting at $15. Picture having a dedicated team supporting your business through our comprehensive ongoing assistance. We provide cost-effective solutions that deliver exceptional value for your investment. To ensure full support for your VA, we require a minimum commitment of 6 months, with an option to extend to 12 months.  Please note that if you decide to terminate the contract early or if you fire your VA, our operations will continue, and we still have a dedicated team that we need to pay. Therefore, there will be no refunds, but we will facilitate the replacement of your virtual assistant

Do I have to sign any contract?

Yes, we require clients to sign a 6-month contract and request a 50% upfront fee of the total contract value, followed by monthly installments. This contract can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice period, at which point the contract will either end or renew. It outlines the terms and conditions of the service, ensuring that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities. We believe in offering flexible solutions that allow our clients to adjust their services as their needs evolve.
